Refund & Return Policy
We öfter a 7-day return policy from the 
date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original 
packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as 
received
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used pet 
toys cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, 
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with photos or Videos of the issue.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the 
original payment method or handled via Cash 
on Delivery resolution where applicable.
